Spanning an expansive 250 sqm, Lumen Villa is thoughtfully designed with four spacious bedrooms, four bathrooms, a large living room, an open-plan kitchen, and ample private parking. The stylish renovation offers a fresh and modern atmosphere throughout your stay.
The master bedroom, a generous 25 sqm, boasts a luxurious king-size bed (1.8 meters wide) and an en-suite bathroom with a relaxing hot water bathtub.
The second bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed (1.6 meters wide), while the third and fourth bedrooms each include a king-size bed (1.8 meters wide) for a restful night's sleep.
Our fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare delicious meals: a large fridge (with fresh and frozen compartments), oven, frying pan, multiple saucepan sizes, induction cooker, and complete dinnerware and cutlery sets — plus child-friendly utensils for the little ones.

Bedrooms are equipped with soft bed linens, cozy blankets, fluffy pillows, bedside lamps, and ample closet or shelf space. In the kitchen, you'll find everything you need to prepare and enjoy your meals—plates, cups, utensils (including chopsticks), cleaning supplies, dish soap, an electric kettle, and garbage bags.
Additional comforts include free Wi-Fi, a smart TV with streaming options, a hair dryer, iron and ironing board, a washing machine and dryer, and a selection of coffee and tea to start your day. A first-aid kit is also available for peace of mind.
