This holiday house with a private pool is on the east side of the site and is just 100 metres from the tennis court.
It provides 60m² of living space, comprising a generous double bedroom with a TV, an open living and dining room with an integrated kitchen and supplementary beds, as well as a shower room with a WC. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed with one large mattress (180 x 200cm) and bedside tables with reading lamps. Before going to sleep you can watch satellite TV from bed on the 42" flatscreen TV. A desk and a wardrobe are also provided. The centrepiece of the house is the open living room with a big dining table, a comfortable sitting corner and a fully-equipped kitchen unit. You can sit together for meals at the modern dining table for up to six people. You can relax in the comfortable upholstered sitting corner after a day trip, which can be used as two beds for up to two further guests, not only children. A 42" TV with satellite channels and a stereo system provide entertainment in the evening. A fully-equipped kitchen enables convenient self-catering with a big fridge and freezer, a stove with a ceramic hob, an oven and cooker hood, a dishwasher, a microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and sandwich maker/waffle iron/contact grill. A full set of cookware and tableware is provided. The living room is also a walk-through room to the adjoining shower room with a walk-in shower cubicle, a double washbasin, a window, WC and hairdryer.
The living room and bedroom provide access to the private shaded terrace with exclusive furnishing. Fly screens and blinds are fitted on the sliding doors to the terrace. The big terrace table with cushioned chairs invites you to dine outdoors. You can also enjoy sunbathing on the cushioned loungers. The highlight of this holiday house is the 24.5m² private pool measuring 3.5 x 7m and a depth of ca. 1.30m.
