➢ Any damage, malfunction, or incident (e.g short circuit, fire, overheating, appliance failure, etc.) caused by unauthorized removal of the power system components or improper use of electrical devices shall be the sole responsibility of the guest. The guest shall bear full legal and financial liability for any resulting damage.

➢ Interruptions or fluctuations in the water supply may occur due to external factors such as maintenance works, municipal network failures, or increased seasonal demand. ➢ The additional cleaning service in short-term rental accommodations, according to the legislation, is provided by a professional cleaning crew, only at the request of the guest and at an additional charge.

Everything is delivered in bags, collected, and placed by the customers themselves.
