Summary: We thank The Athens Project for upgrading us to the apartment we thought we had booked. It seems that hotel.com wasn't clear and the details stated an apartment not a room. Anyway the manager upgrade us and a relief because I had just twisted my ankle. The apartment was great ,clean and new. The area has less tourists with alot of authentic restaurants.Best to get a taxis to the Acropolis And thanks Maria for you charm and help.
