Positive: The villa matches the photos and has everything you need. Inside, everything is new and clean, and the sea view is beautiful. The hosts and their family are very kind and friendly, which made our stay more pleasant.

Negative: However, it's important to note that only the second floor is rented out— the landlord’s parents live on the ground floor. So it’s more of an apartment than a private villa, as we initially thought. There is a boiler that turns on automatically when water is used, and it makes quite a loud noise. You can also hear it when water is used downstairs. One night, I even woke up at 1 a.m. because of the noise. The area is surrounded by private villas, and almost every house seems to have a dog. Some of them bark throughout the night, which can be disturbing. Additionally, there's a security light in the hallway that stays on all night and cannot be turned off. This made it impossible to open the windows or doors at night for fresh air.
