This stylish villa is located in the centre of a very small fishing village known as Ban Tai, convenient for shops, restaurants, hairdressers, massage, and laundry shops. The villa is walled and gated for privacy and is south facing for sun worshippers. A 4-minute walk places you on Ban Tai beach, with an assortment of local and 4 star resort facilities. 10 minutes drive to Nathon. 20 minutes drive to central Chaweng.
The villa is fully furnished to include everything that you would expect in a quality rental; change of towels/linens, dressing gowns, housekeeping service. The master bedroom suite boasts direct access to the pool and gardens, a large safe, and an en-suite bathroom with shower and separate bath tub. The villa is fully air-conditioned for your comfort and also has ceiling fans in all rooms. The open-plan living area has a large dining table for 6 persons with further seating areas (including a covered outdoor lounge) in various areas of the tropical gardens.
High speed wi-fi internet connection is included. Beautiful tropical gardens and a sun-deck complete this magical property. Car/motorbike hire, babysitting, private island tours, tennis coaching are all available through our management service.

5x3 meter pool. Within 2 minutes walk you will find approx. 4 restaurants, massage, laundry, taxis, car/motorcycle hire, and two grocery stores. A 4-minute walk gets you to the beach which has a number of resorts with restaurant facilities.

No need to rent a car as getting around by songtao (bus) is easy. Scooters are available for rent in the neighbourhood and as are cars. Also, Khun Aoo can make these arrangements for you, if you wish.
Electricity
It is necessary to charge for electricity at 5 baht/unit to reduce greenhouse gas emissions due to guest leaving the A/C on when they are not at the villa or using the air conditioned rooms. This usually cost about 250 baht per day.
