The aparment is located in a quiet corner of Marmaras, and is within walking distance to the center, paradisos beach, several restaurants and grocery shops. High standards on its facilities, well equiped, modern decoration and private parking for one car. It has two bedrooms, WC and kitchen/livingroom. The whole house is well airconditioned with two installed units. However the best thing with the apartment is the fantastic view.

During the summer the village is buzzing with life, small boutiques, traditional and foreign cuisine, bars, banks and other facilities. Its the most cosmopolitan village in Sithonia, and it is located less than 100km from Thessaloniki. If you have a car, then you will have a large choice of beaches and villages that you can visit. During the summer Marmaras has tourists from many different european countries aswell as local and not-local greek people.
Nearby is the 5 star Porto Carras Resort,where you can enjoy the marina,sailing, golf, horse riding and the Meliton Hotel Casino. Porto Carras has two beach bars- and the resort is accesible either via driving or taking a boat that regularly goes between Marmaras center and the resort.
