Welcome to our beautiful house in a perfect location offering an insight into village life just a mere 18 klms from the vibrant city of Heraklion.
We have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of home. The surrounding area has a lot to offer, the holiday home is set amidst a cluster of a total of 5 villages and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind. Taverns and supermarkets, hairdressers, dry cleaners and coffee shops located in Kerasia & the village of Venerato just a little over 1 klm away.
Kerasia village is traditional, quaint and tranquil and the people are ever so friendly. It is a 15 minute drive south of Heraklion and its beaches, as well as being just off the National Road to the South coast just 25 minutes drive away.
Also it is on the beautiful E4 European Walking Path and is surrounded by several of Greece's finest Wineries as that particular area in Crete now has the image of a very active and dynamic area of production of quality wines, being characterized by the uniqueness of grape varieties grown and known as the Wines of Crete. Wine tasting tours can be arranged locally.
Discover also beautiful trails among the olive groves and vineyards and natural gorges of the area.
