Lovely, newly renovated (2018) house on the water/on the beach, located in the Area of Marathi, on the south coast of the Akrotiri peninsula of Chania. This amazing property consists of two spacious independent studio apartments. You can't get any closer to the water! Unit 1 is located on the ground floor, and consists of one bedroom with a king size double bed 180x200, an alcove which includes a sofa bed size 140x200, a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower, and a second entrance door. This unit has a huge covered terrace, embracing the front, side, and part of the back of the house. The long concrete dining table is one of the original elements the owners chose to keep during the renovation. Unit 1 also has a large lawn and garden, and a barbeque on the north side of the house. From the covered terrace area there are two small gates leading to the sea and the beach. An outdoor shower for common use between the two units is located on the south side of the house, right above the sea. Unit 2 is located on the second floor, and consists of a spacious, airy bedroom (high ceiling) with a king size double bed 180x200, two fold-away pouff-beds size 80x200, a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower, and a sunscreen covered balcony with a dining table and chairs. Unit 2 has use of the lawn on the south side of the house, as well as part of the terrace at the back of the house. An outdoor shower for common use between the two units is located on the south side of the house, right above the sea. This is a place for peace and quiet and total relaxation. We kindly ask guests to be respectful of the immediate neighbours, and that music, noise and conversation are reduced to a minimum after 9 pm.
