Positive: Really good location and staff were nice.

Negative: Unfortunately, the shower situation is horrendous. There is no hot water which is not uncommon but it’s freezing cold. There’s never any toilet roll, hand soap. The rooms are dark, cramped. Sheets had stains on. I never felt clean the entire time I stayed there and I didn’t see anyone clean once
