Summary: We had an overall pleasant stay at Chatrium Grand Bangkok as a family of four with two young children. The arrival service was very good, with friendly staff taking care of our luggage. However, after check-in we felt somewhat left on our own. After receiving the room keys, no one accompanied us to the room or gave us a short introduction, which we would expect from a five-star hotel. Our Family Room was large, spacious and very comfortable for two adults and two children. We also appreciated the sweets delivered to our room every evening. Breakfast was excellent in terms of variety, with a large selection of Asian and Western dishes as well as halal options. The frequent complimentary shuttle directly to Siam Paragon was also extremely convenient. The Kids Club was quite small and unfortunately our children did not enjoy it. We did not use the outdoor pool on the 7th floor, but the area looked very nice. The main disappointment was housekeeping. On one occasion, it took around 6–7 hours and two reminders before our room was cleaned. When it was finally done, the cleaning felt rushed and not completely finished. Overall, a very good family hotel with spacious rooms, great breakfast and an excellent location, but housekeeping and the arrival experience could be improved.
