Regarding the location, Villa Veni is located close to 3 Natura 2000 protected nature areas (Elafonisi, Balos and Falasarna) making it an ideal destination for nature and hiking lovers. Furthermore, the Villa is only 4 Km away from Kolymvari village and the beach that lies in front of it.
Layout
Villa Veni is a 105 sq. m,. two-storey property and can accommodate 4 people in its 2 bedrooms and up to 5 if necessary. This cosy dwelling offers superior design and construction quality and is furnished in a combination of bohemian and minimalist touches, making you feel like this was always your home.
Ground Floor
Entering the villa on the ground floor there is a spacious open plan area consisted of the living room, indoor dinning area and a fully equipped kitchen of top quality fixtures and appliances. The living room features a decorative fireplace, Smart TV with Netflix, while offering stunning countryside views through the large glass doors and direct access to a spacious veranda. The veranda is equipped with an outdoor seating area and it enjoys amazing views of the surrounding area! A bedroom with two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m) that can also be set up as one double upon request can also be found on the ground floor, as well as a bathroom with shower cabin and a washing machine.
First Floor
Reaching to the first floor from the stairs (which is actually a spacious, lovely attic above the living room), there is an open plan bedroom with Queen size bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), A/C and a balcony with a small coffee table, as well as a second roomy bathroom with a shower cabin.
