Positive: The location was exceptional, and the amenities offered were very good. The apartment itself is modern and really quiet. Nothing is missing from it. There is a washing machine, as well as a dryer in the basement free of charge that work fast. The owner was easy to find and speak to.

Negative: There is always space of improvement in the domain of cleanliness. For the price the apartment is offered, someone would expect a spotless fragrant space. At first glance, the apartment seems clean. However, there were areas that were not. For instance, the cutlery, some plates, or even the floor in the living room. Additionally, the smell of the cigarettes that is soaked on the couch from the previous tenants takes over the entire space in both the living room and the bedroom. It is really intense and it made my stay a bit difficult, since I was there to study for my final exams.

Summary: It was okay.
