Positive: The house is beautiful and well equipped, the host was very nice and helpful, the children had a good time in the lovely pool. It was very hot during our stay and we could only use three of the rooms upstairs which had AC. So maybe that would be a minus. It is very close within 7 minutes walk to a local beach, a very nice one otherwise but we prefered to drive to Psakoudia or Nikiti with more beautiful beaches. Also a minus would be the lack of showers in the rooms. There's one bathroom in one of the rooms upstairs and the other two bathrooms cannot be used for showering. In exchange, there's a hot shower outside which was very welcome. The house is located near the main road leading to Sithonia so it can be very noisy at times, especially at night. All in all, for us it was a nice experience, we were a large group of 10 so the accommodation was a bit difficult , 3 of the rooms could not be used because it was too hot but we really had a great time and enjoyed all the other facilities.
