The Property is in the perfect location for you, if you are looking for a family holiday or a romantic couple getaway in a calm and relaxing surrounding. The house is only a 15min walk from the peaceful, Ayia Thekla beach, and a 5 minute drive from Europe’s biggest themed Waterpark, “Waterworld – Waterpark”. The famous Nissi Beach is only a 10 minute drive, as well as the Ayia Napa centre. If you don’t want to hire a car, then you can take the bus. Regular bus lines pass by the House several times a day and on weekends too.
This stunning, modern, fresh house will provide you with Air-conditioning throughout the House, Free Wi-Fi, a massive TV as well as a DVD player, complimentary bedding & bath towels, complimentary bathroom amenities, a complimentary Breakfast Basket for your arrival as well as a useful guide for what to do and see while visiting our gorgeous sunny island.
The kitchen is completely refurbished and fully equipped with all of the necessary appliances in order to make sure that you will have everything that you need when you want to prepare a snack or a meal during the day. A washing machine, an iron & ironing board will also be at your disposal, just in case you decide to do some swimwear washing, during your holidays, or any other washing in general.

The living room area is right next to the dining area where you can sit back and enjoy a nice film on your large TV unit if you wish to stay inside at some point during your holiday.
