Positive: It is a new building. It has a parking area. Apartment is really spacious. Family that owns the place is nice and helpful. You can get to the beach and bus stop in about 12 minutes of walking. Huge tv is also nice. I also appreciated that area is not noisy.

Negative: I would add curtains for small windows in the living room for more privacy when neighbours are outside in the garden. Bedrooms have them.

Summary: Our stay was really nice
