The newly built Villa Orizodas is located in Agios Ioannis near Rethymno and covers an area of 4 hectares, giving you total privacy, peace and quietness, an ideal place to rest. It offers sea views, outdoor barbeque and a Jacuzzi. It is only 2 km from the nearest organized beach, supermarkets and taverns.
Orizodas villa is built with the most modern architecture and can cover all the needs of even the most demanding visitor. The outdoor spaces have a garden, a large pool with deck chairs and there is children playground area for our little guests. As you enter the villa, you will find a comfortable open-plan lounge with a large flat-screen TV, decorated with earth tones and abstract visual interventions on wall panels. The wood dominates the decoration and is in perfect harmony with the outside environment. Inside the house, large glass windows allow you to look outdoors and have a view of the sea wherever you are.
On the ground floor there is also a bar-style lunch bar and a fully equipped kitchen with a cool water cooler and a gym. Bedrooms are three of them on the first floor and then another one on the second floor all en suite. They can accommodate up to eight guests and one more person on a folding bed. All bedrooms have TVs, air-conditioning, en suite bathrooms, three of which have hydro massage. All 3 Bedrooms on the first floor have panoramic views with balconies but the one on the second floor has only windows. Parking is provided for up to eight cars.
