The living room and bedroom provide access to the private shaded terrace with exclusive furnishing. Fly screens and blinds are fitted on the sliding doors to the terrace. The big terrace table with cushioned chairs invites you to dine outdoors. You can also enjoy sunbathing on the cushioned loungers.
It comprises 80m² of living space with two generous double bedrooms with a TV, an open living and dining space with an integrated kitchen and additional beds, as well as a shower room and a bathroom with a bath, each with a WC. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed with one wide mattress (180 x 200cm), with bedside tables and reading lamps on either side. You can watch satellite TV on the 42” flatscreen TV from bed before going to sleep. A desk and a wardrobe are also provided. The bedroom has a directly adjoining shower room with a walk-in shower cubicle, a washbasin, a window, a WC and a hairdryer. The second bedroom is furnished similarly, except the double bed has two separate mattresses (each 90 x 200cm). It is two steps across the hallway to the bathroom opposite with a bath and a double washbasin. The centrepiece of the house is the open living room with a big dining table, a comfortable sitting corner and a fully-equipped kitchen unit. You can sit together for meals at the modern dining table for up to six people. You can relax in the comfortable upholstered sitting corner after a day trip, which can be used as two beds for up to two further guests, not only children. A 42” TV with satellite channels and a stereo system provide entertainment in the evening. A fully-equipped kitchen enables convenient self-catering with a big fridge and freezer, a stove with a ceramic hob, an oven and cooker hood, a dishwasher, a microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and sandwich maker/waffle iron/contact grill. A full set of cookware and tableware is provided.
