There is a lot of space for children to play, and also for the adults who want to enjoy the sound of the sea in the evening and the beautiful sunsets.
The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, all of them with sea view having a private bathroom with shower.

In total there is space for up to 8 people- 6 persons in bedrooms and 2 people can sleep in the living room on large comfortable sofas
The living area is furthermore a fireplace accompanied by a piano for the virtuosos. These allow the use of the villa in winter in addition with the A/C heating cooling system.
The spacious living room gives you a fantastic view of the Mediterranean sea.
There is one kitchen with all usual appliances, fully equipped with everything a household would require.
At the entrance to the villa there is a wood-fired BBQ so you can enjoy with friends or family them balmy evenings.
The space
The Villa Kouvohori is located 5 meters from the sea. It is built on a plot of 15,000 m2 containing all kinds of vegetation such as palm trees, olive trees, wild spinach and many well-known herbs. It is also a great place for those seeking a quiet vacation spot, but want to be not too far from the cosmopolitan Hersonissos and the famous Heraklion with the Archaeological, history and Natural history Museum of Crete along with the 4000 bc dated ancient palace of Knossos.
