This holiday home, completed in 2016, is situated in a quiet location at the end of a residential street with no road traffic. It is located near the village of Mastichari on a small hill with a magical view over the sea.in this house you will find two bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed (180x200cm). There is a bathroom with WC and bathtub and another bathroom with WC and shower. The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge and freezer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle and dishwasher. The dining table, which can comfortably seat up to six people, is also located in this spacious kitchen. The living area is furnished with a cosy sofa and satellite TV. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, which can even be set independently in the two bedrooms. The house is equipped for four people. A further two people can be accommodated on the upper floor in a separate flat with its own air conditioning, a small kitchenette and a shower for an additional charge. The highlight of this holiday home is the large pool (10x6m), which is available for your exclusive use from April to October. The sun terrace, equipped with adjustable sun loungers, from which you have a comprehensive view of the sea and the bay, invites you to linger. There is also a kettle barbecue and a cosy garden set so that you can enjoy your meal in the open air. There is ample parking space in front of the house and the basic price refers to the use of the ground floor for four people with two bedrooms. There is a separate flat on the upper floor, which can be booked for the fifth and sixth person. When making a booking enquiry, please state the number of people travelling so that the correct rental price can be calculated. The flat is not rented separately. Please note that the last stretch to the house is a gravel road about 300 metres long, so it is recommended that you arrive by car, as the nearest of the many beautiful sandy beaches on Kos is only 500 metres away. The bus stop is about a ten-minute walk away and the nearest town, Mastihari, is about a 15-minute walk away.
