Its’ discreet modern style and unique decoration, combined with its’ amazing location, offer a unique opportunity for a truly memorable holiday for families, or groups of friends. Amaltheia Villa is a 3 storey building with 5 luxurious rooms, a large garden, private pool, parking space and a magnificent forest and sea view. There are 2 bedrooms on the 1st first floor with balconies and 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor. The master bedroom is offered in classical terms and tones with it's king size bed, living room with a double sofa bed and an internal bathroom with Jacuzzi that overlooks the most amazing sea view. The 2nd bedroom is decorated with earthly colors, it has a large double bed and the 3rd bedroom has a single bed . On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms with large double beds that lead to the large furnished terrace overlooking the forest. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and will provide you the relaxation and coziness expected while on holiday. On the 1st floor you will find the open plan living room and kitchen area where you can have the most enjoyable afternoon. In the living room there is an entertainment center with a large flat-screen tv right next to the fireplace. For the period November -March the owner Athina is staying also at the ground floor but you will never hear from her, unless you need her assistance which she is always happy to offer. The area of Koskinou offers you the opportunity to explore the beautiful Rhodes, with vast beaches, lively beach bars and restaurants, as well as remote and private areas for peace and quiet. You are also about 15 minutes away by car from the popular destination of the Old Town and ancient Acropolis and well-preserved traditional architecture. We offer you a variety of expierences, with an additional charge we will arrange on your behalf fine dining outdoors in the patio, in the garden or indoors, everything will be prepared by our chef according to your wishes or white tuna fising on a boat rented only for you, massage in the nature by the sade of the trees, island tour with your own personal guide and many more all you have to do is ask and we will make it come true.
