Bardis House (80sq.m.) can accommodate 2 to 3 people. It has with 1 King size double bed and can take 1 more bunk bed in the living area. The bedroom is on the second floor with a private bathroom. There is one balcony with furniture situated by the pool with breathtaking views of the sea and the mountains and a second smaller balcony on the second floor by the bedroom.

Georgioupolis is a popular vacation resort with a great long beach (it goes for several Km) and an idyllic harbour with little fishing boats at the north coast of the island, between the cities of Chania and Rethymnon (35 km from Chania, 25 km from Rethimnon). A fishing village up to 1990 or so, it was discovered and has been transformed into a popular holiday destination over the past 15 years, without losing its original charm and tranquillity. Old eucalyptus trees and a small river that flows into the sea, create a distinctive and unique ambiance (it is a wildlife refuge). As for the location it is a great choice as a starting point for excursions into western Crete. At a distance of about 5 Km from Georgioupoli lies the Kournas sweet water lake that worth's a visit. Semi-mountainous village built on the feet of the White Mountains on an altitude of 252m. Its named derived from the site it was built (like a castle). Originally the village was situated lower on the valley in the present area of the settlement Agathes from where the inhabitants were forced to leave in 1800 due to the Ottomans. Close to the village a there was in 1835 a severe battle amongst Cretans and Ottomans that left 22 dead Ottomans and just 1 Cretan. It was the reason that the ottomans stopped raiding the area. The locals had an important contribution to the resistance against the Germans fascists during the 2sn World War.
