It's an antique house with northern Thai style (called 'Lanna'), located in downtown Chiangrai. My house is 58 years old. Such as bed it's 58 years old. The wardrobe is 58 years old since my grandfather was building this house. Now I have changed this old house into a hostel, I named it with the name of my grandfather 'Kawin'. Huan Kawin have 4 rooms, 3 are private and 1 is dormitory ( Huan mean house in Northern Thailand). All room are shared bathroom. Some rooms feature a seating area where you can relax. A terrace or balcony are featured in certain rooms. Rooms have a shared bathroom. A TV is featured.
