Positive: The view out onto the river was lovely. We had a family room which opened out to garden and pool area which was perfect for our 4 and 6yo to have a little freedom. And having 3 beds in the room was great for a family. The property could definitely do with a lick of paint but it didn't effect our stay. What I would say is that you should definitely take headphones as the walls are very thin and there is music from nearby bars until late. Didn't effect our children but was loud for us falling asleep - again. It didn't ruin our stay so I didn't want to put this as a negative
