Luxury 6 person holiday home with 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 separate toilet. Situated in a beautiful valley, in one of the foothills of the Peloponnese (Messinia) near Vasilitsi (3 km) and the idyllic fishing village Koroni.
A magnificent view over the sea. Within walking distance of the beach (20 minutes) and by car only 7 minutes. The house has air conditioning and central heating. The house has two floors. On the top floor (ground floor) is a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen. On this floor you will find: spacious (parents') bedroom, with a large double bed and an adjoining luxurious bathroom with: bath, walk-in shower, 2 separate washbasins and a toilet. There is a separate toilet in the hall. The ground floor has a spacious veranda and balcony overlooking the beautiful nature, the Taigatos Mountains (Mani) and the sea.
The spaciously equipped kitchen includes an induction hob, oven, dishwasher and large fridge. In the cosy living room there is a nice sofa for lounging. Via the outside stairs you reach the ground floor, where there are two 2-person bedrooms. Both bedrooms have sea views, with folding doors. Between the bedrooms is a luxurious bathroom, with walk-in shower, toilet and 2 washbasins. Downstairs is a beautiful covered terrace, where it is good for the guests who stay there. On the ground floor is a separate storage and laundry room, with washing machine. On the veranda is a large dining table with 6 chairs and also at the entrance of the house, under the olive tree, there is a large dining table with 6 chairs. At the side entrance of the house is a covered terrace, with a small intimate seat to enjoy the sunset. The house is built in an old olive grove. About 80 olive trees provide every year for a fine harvest and delicious olive oil! spread over 5500 m2.
The house is very suitable for adults and a family with children.
Because the outside staircase connects the upper and lower floor (so not internally), parents with small children can choose to sleep all together downstairs (2 bedrooms). There is a cot in the house for the little ones.
Beach chairs and an umbrella are provided for the beach, as well as beach equipment. If it is too hot in the sun, you can sit in the wide opening of a cave and enjoy the sea!
