The kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, 4 ring hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
Large sliding doors lead from the living and dining area out to the patio area surrounding the swimming pool and provide undisturbed sea views.
Further on the ground floor you will find guest bathroom.
Moving up onto the next floor you will find the master bedroom. This double bedroom has the luxury en-suite bathroom and a private balcony where you can enjoy the amazing sea views. Two more bedrooms are located on the same floor. Double bedroom and twin's bedroom, each has own bathroom.
The villa is air conditioned throughout with units in each of the 3 bedrooms and a larger unit in the living area which can be used for both cooling and heating. Furthermore, are a hair dryer, iron and ironing board, clothes rack, beach and bath towels, cleaning stuff available at the villa.

To the front and side of the villa you will find off street parking for 2 cars.
