There are two double bedrooms (one with an en-suite shower room) and one twin bedroom. There is also a separate family bathroom. The villa is fully air-conditioned. The pool terrace has its own built in barbecue and there is a private second terrace upstairs. The villa has recently been fitted with a large plasma satellite TV and wifi.
The Lapis Development is situated in a peaceful location right on the sea front, next to Carrington’s Sea Magic development, near the village of Esentepe. The villas are within walking distance of many local amenities: supermarket, chemist, restaurant, café/bar and an ice cream café. You can walk down to the beach in less than 2 minutes. Carrington’s offices are situated nearby in Sea Magic, for any assistance you may need. There is a daily local bus service serving all locations between Esentepe and Kyrenia, but a car is also recommended to visit the many attractions, including the famous Alagadi turtle beaches, which are only 10 minutes drive away.

Fishing and boat trips, water sports, scuba, paragliding and horse riding activities are all available nearby.

The 72-par course was carved from the natural forest of umbrella pines and olive trees on the slopes of the Beşparmak mountains, and is designed to challenge all standards and ages.
