Positive: Feeling of coming to the grandmas home. Simple, reasonably outdated, with all facilities required for a long summer stay. Good working AC, big refrigerator, private and spacious garden, swimming pool good for kids. Appreciated for all modifications made for the guests, and improvements are visible!

Negative: Nothing. As expected.
