Villa Melitini is a luxury villa with a modern design, set in the area of Souda, in the Chania Prefecture which is 500 meters from the Vlites beach and only a 5-10 minutes drive away from the centre of Chania. The villa is the ideal place for a big group of friends, as there are 7 airy bedrooms, divided into two floors. Because of its position, the villa offers full privacy for our guests.
Indoor facilities
Entering the villa on the ground floor, you will find a spacious open-plan area which contains the living room, a fully equipped kitchen with all the needed electrical appliances, an indoor dining table and an exit to the veranda. In the living area, there is a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. On the same floor, there are three bedrooms, a bedroom with a large double bed, wardrobe, living room and ensuite bathroom, a bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe and a bedroom with two single beds and a wardrobe. On the first floor, there is a 25 sqm living room with a screen flat TV, a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary electrical appliances and a dining area.
On the same floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed, a wardrobe and a bathroom with a bathtub. The second floor has three bedrooms, with double beds, wardrobes and ensuite bathrooms. One of the bathrooms has a hydro massage bath. All bedrooms have air conditioning and a flat-screen TV.
Outdoor facilities
The outdoor area of the villa has a big garden of 2000 sqm covered with grass and many trees, and an 82 sqm ecological swimming pool with salt, sunbeds and umbrellas. There is a covered area with a BBQ, a wood oven and a dining table. There is also a parking space for 6 cars. The whole outdoor area is private and fenced.
Please note that the use of the wood oven must be arranged in advance with an extra charge for the wood each time. The pizza oven requires 3 hours of preheating.
