Villa Thoe is a two-storey villa consisting of two bedrooms, one on each floor. Luxury and modern design complete the scenery of contemporary architecture and high-quality products. Entering the villa on the ground floor you will find a spacious open area with a fully equipped contemporary kitchen that has branded appliances and facilities, making holiday cooking a most pleasurable experience. The area is completed with a dining room for 6 guests and a living room with a big flat-screen smart TV. On the same floor, you will find a bedroom with a double-size bed and an ensuite bathroom, fully equipped that will help you have relaxed moments with privacy. On the first floor, there is another bedroom with a double-size bed with a satellite TV, an ensuite bathroom and access to the veranda where the beauty of the sea is stunning! The extensive use of wood and stone in and out of the villa underlines the elegant and minimal design that smoothly connects the natural elements with modern architecture. The most dominant feature of the exterior area is a swimming pool and a lounge area with sofas making it the ideal spot to relax while gazing at the gorgeous sunset in Falassarna.
