Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Constantine is an exceptional host, taking the time to explain everything about the property as well as local walks, restaurants, local transport, and anything else you may need to know. He is always available when you have a question. The property is comfortable and well appointed, and the veranda is excellent for sitting or dining out on nice days. Benitsas is near and well worth visiting, but Maria House is well situated between that and Corfu Old Town.

Negative: The property is up a steep incline, not great if you have health issues and are on foot, but we managed it OK. Perama is quiet but pleasant with restaurants and great sea views.
