Villa Melitini is a beautiful large villa located in Vlites, Souda, Chania area, near a beautiful beach and 13 km from the international Chania airport.
The villa is built in an area of 4.000 sq.m, with a 78 m2 saltwater private swimming, surrounded by a large lawn-garden with vegetables, herbs, vineyard (all biological) and stone fenced all around for absolute privacy. It can accommodate 14 guests in 7 bedrooms and has two fully equipped kitchens.
Villa Melitini consists of three levels, the maisonette (1st and 2nd floor) with 4 bedrooms ( 1 of with ensuite facilities suite), 4 bathrooms with shower (one of this has, and a whirlpool bath), living room, dining room, and a modern fully equipped kitchen.
The ground floor has direct access to the swimming pool and consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, a living room with a fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen.
On the exterior area there is a huge 78 sq.m. private swimming pool, filled with saltwater. There are plenty of sunbeds for all 14 guests. There is a special area with a barbecue grill and a wood oven and a dining area for 14 people. The 4000 sq.m. lawn garden has palm trees, cypress trees, rock gardens, and various flower arrangements. There are organic vegetables and plants at your disposal (tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, vineyard, lemon tree, and various herbs such as thyme, oregano, basil, rosemary, etc. There are 2 closed parking spaces and more open parking spaces. The whole plot is stone-fenced, and there is a remote-controlled garage door for absolute isolation and privacy. There is a table tennis table.
The area is magnificent. In just 200 m there is the Vlites beach with lifeguard on duty and in 10km there are the two famous beaches of Marathi and Agioi Apostoloi. There is a super and a mini-market at 800m distance and in just 50 meters there are two picturesque traditional taverns.
