The two storey Deluxe Villa measures 280m and has a modern dcor with two open plan living/dining/kitchen areas, five bedrooms and three bathrooms, a pool with a sun terrace, and also a BBQ area. The upper floor (main entrance of the villa with step access) has and open plan kitchen/living/dining area. The kitchen is equipped with vitro-ceramic hotplates, oven, extractor hood, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and a kettle. The dining table seats six persons, and a couple of steps lead down to the modern living area that has a fireplace, sofa, easy chairs, coffee table, sat TV 32", and a ceiling fan. Sliding doors open on to a large furnished covered balcony that has wonderful views towards the sea and the stunning landscape. Also on this level there is a terrace with a BBQ, a wood burning oven, and garden furniture. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms are also featured on the upper level. Each of these bedrooms measure 25m and has a balcony/terrace. Two of these bedrooms feature a downstairs seating area with a desk and steps lead up to an open plan loft bedroom with a queen sized bed. The other bedroom also has a queen sized bed and a fitted wardrobe, an easy chair, and a desk/dresser. One of the two bathrooms on this level features a bath, and the other features a shower. The ground floor kitchen is good for light meals and snacks and has vitro-ceramic hotplates, fridge/freezer, toaster, coffee maker, and utensils. The dining area seats four persons and the living area has a sofa, two easy chairs, a coffee table, a dresser/bookcase, sat TV 32", and a CD/DVD player. Two bedrooms, each with a balcony/terrace, are also on the ground floor, one of which is twin bedded and measures 25m. It has a fitted wardrobe, two chairs and a small table, and also a desk/dresser. The other bedroom measures approx. 20m and has a king size bed as well as a fitted wardrobe. In addition there is a bathroom with a bath. Sliding glass doors open from the living room to the covered terrace with a table and chairs for eight persons. A couple of steps lead down to the pool (50m/depth 1.3mt-2mt) and sun terrace which is furnished with sunbeds and umbrellas. Two bicycles are available for guests use.
