We have been renting our property for 10+ years and understand what families and couples want to ensure they have a relaxing and problem free holiday! Comfortably furnished and well-equipped, the house has many extras such as fly screens on the windows and air conditioning in all rooms. The TV your has all UK channels available and the WiFi is free of charge. The garden is attractively paved, fully enclosed with a lockable gate, making it safe for children. It also has a marble tiled patio with cushioned garden furniture under a covered pergola. and barbeque supplied. There is also a large outdoor dining table with umbrella.
Free use of the gym is available to guests.

A 15 minute drive will take you to the busier Ayia Napa, with the beautiful new marina, plenty of shops, bars and restaurants and its large water park.
