Positive: Good location, newly refurbished, nice large shower, well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds, air conditioning worked well.

Negative: No view, dark with lower ground floor rooms. Issues with damp and moisture crumbling bricks. Noisy barking dog & neighbours. Very annoying automatic light in master bedroom turns on everytime someone gets up at night.

Summary: Good location but ground floor with no view.
