Phaedrus Living Amarakos Villa is the ideal choice to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city life. Located in the picturesque village Kato Akourdalia, just a 35 minute drive from Paphos.
In Kato Akordalia among the traditionally-styled whitewashed houses nestling between almond trees, there is a small coffee shop. Also to be found is what used to be the village manor house, which has a rich history dating back over a hundred years.
The villa is traditional with a refurbished modern touch providing you with everything you may require during your stay. With a huge outdoor area and private pool, sunbeds and umbrellas and free parking.
The villa is two floors with the living room, kitchen and a double bedroom with ensuite downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs of which one of the bedrooms has an ensuite with a walk in shower plus its own balcony with immaculate views. The main bathroom is also upstairs with a walk in shower. The living area has a corner sofa bed, a smart tv and a fireplace. The whole property has free wifi throughout and aircondition units are located in all the rooms. The kitchen if fully equipped with a large fridge, a dishwasher.
All passport/ID’s copies for occupants and guests must be provided prior to arrival. No access to the Property can be given until Phaedrus Living has seen satisfactory identification -such determination to be at the Phaedrus Living sole discretion. Lead Guest must be 18 years or above to stay at the Property Any removal of property inventory may be treated as theft. No smoking inside the property. No pets allowed. No loud music or parties allowed. In case of loss of accommodation keys, the service fee of 35- 60 Euros to change the lock will be paid by guest Any illegal activity will result in immediate ejection and notification to the Police. Booking fees will not be refundable by Phaedrus Living in this scenario. Building rules and procedures must be adhered by guests. At the end of the reservation, the premises and its fixtures and fittings must be in the same condition provided at the commencement of the stay. Any breakages, or necessary repairs and replacements will be paid by the guest. Renewal of the reservation is at the discretion of the Phaedrus Living. The guest should inform the Phaedrus Living at least 3 days in advance and it is subject to availability. Payment will be required upon confirmation of the extension of the reservation. If the guest acts against any of the conditions specified above Phaedrus Living has the right to terminate the reservation instantly.
