Summary: From the moment we arrived at the hotel reception, we knew it was a special place. The staff were exceptional! The hotel is right on the river with amazing views. We had a room with a big terrace and sun loungers overlooking the pool and river, which was perfect for cocktails and river boats watching! The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The cherry on top was the pool, so beautiful and there was nothing better than starting our day with a very early morning swim, when the “hotel” was still sleeping, the waitress would bring us a coffee…bliss! The location is great, walking distance to Kao Sarn Road without all the noise and raucous people..Grab taxis are very cheap to get you places and the boat in front of the hotel gets you to temples and a great shopping centre! this hotel was the only 4 stars in our 2 weeks holiday in Thailand, but it was everything like a 5 stars, don’t hesitate and book it! We stayed 3 nights here for temples, Chinatown and Kao sarn rd and 1 night at the Eastin phayathai to be in the city centre for shopping. Great experience, loved Bangkok.
