Positive: Very clean well kept. Has everything you need there and nearby. It’s a great low cost place tow art. Better value than most places in Bangkok. This is one of the nicer places I stayed in Bangkok despite not being a luxury stay.

Negative: It’s is really far away from the center of Bangkok. It’s not very close to public transportation so taking a grab or renting a vehicle (which is hard to park) are your main options. Grab costs can add up quickly
