Lalzit Bay is one of the most popular holiday destinations in Albania. It is known for its sandy, child-friendly beaches, good restaurants and bars. More active guests can enjoy scuba diving, jet-skiing, water-skiing and a children’s playground by the beach. Tirana is a 45-minute drive and makes a great day trip. It is an eclectic mix of Ottoman, Soviet and Fascist architecture. The city is easy to explore on foot. Blloku is an exciting, young area, full of cafés and interesting boutiques. The main square – Skanderbeg Square is a must-see. The city’s markets give visitors a window into everyday life. The New Market, Pazari Ri offers a wide range of local produce.
