This is probably the best place to be in Limassol, its centrally located with the beaches, restaurants, supermarkets and public transport literally on your doorstep. The number 30 bus which runs the length of Limassol is a few minutes walk, Limassol Marina and the old town with its vast choice of eateries, cafeterias, tavernas are within walking distance too.
Take a walk to the limassol promenade, literally 5 minutes away. From there you can walk to Limassol marina a leisurely and enjoyable 30 minute walk along the beach with an array of cafes, restaurants and vibrant life along the way.
The number 30 bus which runs the length of Limassol is a few minutes walk. Also bus stop to other towns on the island is close by enabling you to visit Nicosia, Larnaca Paphos. The apartment has its own covered FREE parking spot if you hire a car.
With verandas on virtually all sides of the apartment you can always find a sunny or shady area to relax with a book or sunbathe. Cable net Tv and WIFi offering a vast choice of channels and great internet connection.
Very central for business travellers and a great place to work from. Local coffee shops will deliver your coffee and sandwiches, a bit like room service really. Go on spoil yourself. The property is suitable for 4 guests maximum. 2 people on each double bed .
This apartment is on the 4th floor. There are verandas all around the apartment therefore children should be supervised at all times.
The electricty, water and internet are all included in the price. Please just ensure the a/c and water is turned off when you leave the apartment.
