The nearest beach is only 200 meters away or a couple of minutes walking which has a nice beach bar where you can enjoy your beer or coffee. Very close to the house, there is a nice restaurant next to the beach where you enjoy your lunch or dinner and have a nice city view. You can also find a grocery store and a supermarket less than 5 minutes walking. The area is very quiet and there is space to park your car at any time.
