Positive: The staff did their utmost to make us feel welcome. The lagoons were great for the kids to go snorkelling in a safe environment. The animation team was very keen to keep everyone entertained and energised. The kitchen staff made a beautiful cake for my wife's birthday. We will definitely consider going again.
