Property to rent in the island of Kea- At the area of Koundouros which is located in the west side of the island, a stone -built mill of 100m2 ,
The mill is entirely made of stone, made of traditional stone produced on the island , home decoration combines stone and wood in order to retain the traditional elements of the island . The mill has two floors, the ground floor is the living room , dining room , kitchen which is fully organized , a bedroom that sleeps two people and a bathroom, on the exterior of the ground floor there is a large terrace with a large marble table capacity of eight people and excellent views . Upstairs is a large bedroom with bathroom that can accommodate two adults and one child , and the bedroom has its own private balcony . There is also at the bottom of the house a guest house with its own entrance , which can accommodate two adults and one child and has its own bathroom .
The property is situated within an area of four acres and promises its guests a peaceful and relaxing holiday. The neighborhood is considered one of the best on the island and has the best views. In the neighborhood there are only traditional stone houses . Also there is a restaurant at 200 meters from the property which has organized beach .
Guests , if they need a car when staying in our area , they can rent from the harbor , the island has a network of taxis . There is bus service , but not as often routes .
Koyndoyros is the area of the island that are most stone windmill , our property is made entirely from scratch, is one of the three mills in the region , who keep the natural color of the stone and the only one who has the best hillside location and larger view.
