Positive: Location is great in between Chora and Katapola. Super quiet, tranquil. Bed was comfortable. Room cleaning every day.

Negative: There aren’t things that I didn’t like, but I would urge the owners to make improvements: - starting from the road the very steep hill, this needs to be known by the people who book this place - outside area/common areas looked like an abandoned place, small maintenance such as watering the plants, cleaning the garden patio would be enough. - Now about the room, there were no shutters, only curtains which weren’t black out, that wasn’t a problem by itself but I can see that it can be a problem for other people who can’t sleep with light coming in. - only one window had netting for insects, the place is well positioned and it can have a nice summer breeze - so there’s no need for A/C - adding netting to the windows would mean that A/C isn’t needed as much. There were times that temperature outside was ok and we couldn’t have the windows open due to mosquitoes and had to have A/C on. - Attention to detail, for days I was wondering what the mark on the wall was in the bathroom, at the end I figured that someone tried to kill a mosquito with their shoe and that left a mark. I find it funny, there was someone cleaning the room every day which was great but not wiping the shoe mark on the wall with a dead bug. - No towel hooks, toilet roll holder or a cup to place your toothbrush. These are all things that are expected from the most basic hotel but they are not there. - A/C not working or working temperamental. Temperature inside the room was definitely not 21C as we were able to measure it, it was 27C. Probably was out of gas. We let the room manager know but I’m not sure anything was done.

Summary: Has a lot of potential to become a great place but needs to fix certain things. At the end it was a comfortable stay but
