Set in over 2000 sq meters of private fenced olive grove and gardens you will experience an authentic Greek holiday in your own fully serviced village farm villa, a real and relaxing home from home.
Built on a raised platform the villa is surrounded by fruit and olive trees and benefits from the warmth of the sun all day long.
The villa is arranged over two floors and comprises of three bedrooms.
On entering the front door there is a double bedroom, with the benefit of full air conditioning. We then enter a comfortable lounge/dining room with an open fire, a sofa that converts to a bed and a small open plan fully equipped kitchen, the downstairs also benefits from a downstairs WC/ cloakroom.
A wooden staircase leads up to the first floor which has two more double bedrooms, and a shared WC/shower room, there is also drinks making facilities.
The views from the upstairs bedrooms are lovely and far reaching, looking out above the tops of the olive groves towards the main Zakynthos town, the cliffs at Chrystal beach and the small island of pelouzo.
We exit the villa via the back door on to a large raised patio ideal for alfresco dining and relaxing in the hot summer sun, you will spend most of your time here at the villa in this space, eating, drinking, relaxing and whiling away the evenings star gazing into the small hours.
The premises are fenced all around providing a secluded and private stay.
The front and rear gardens are able to produce a good variety of fruit and vegetables, and a short walk through the shade of the olive grove brings you to the hobby farm which plays host to a variety of small animal livestock, (seasons permitting) including chickens, turkeys, rabbits, some sheep and goats.
