The house lays on a small 15,000 sq.m. (150,000 sq.ft.) Peninsula, 6 km (3.5 miles) north from the Port of Tinos, on a private waterfront plot of 5,000 sq.m. (50,000 sq.ft.) facing west and a few meters from the sea. The place is really quiet and the establishment spectacular and comfortable with a unique over 180 deg. view of the Aegean Sea and the nearby islands of Syros and Gyaros.
