Located on a plot of 2,500 square meters in the picturesque village of Kontogenada, is only 10 mins drive to the magnificent Petani beach and 15 mins drive to Lixouri where you can find a variety of shops and restaurants. Within a few minutes drive you can also access the popular clear waters of Xi, Lepeda, Atheras, Megas Lakos, Agia Eleni beaches.

The pool area is equipped with sun beds, umbrellas and decorated with clay pots with beautiful olive trees. The villa boasts a large veranda overlooking the valley and a bbq area complete with a charcoal grill and plenty of seating. White, brown and beige are the colors used for furniture, finishes and coatings and which give a refined atmosphere to the environment. The floor with geometric patterns at the entrance, the wooden ceiling and the vintage furniture emphasize the retro style of the villa.
A small hallway leads to a bedroom with a double bed and a unique vintage closet and to the bathroom characterized by basic lines and sober colors. The hallway also leads to the second bedroom with 2 single beds, to the third bedroom with a single bed and an antique wooden closet and to the second bathroom.
