Summary: The villa was quite remote in the mountains but that is also what made it so special. We came from the seaside resorts which was busy and crowded and this was a beautiful respite. The view overlooking the entire area from their restaurant was breath taking and absolutely romantic. Taking a hike around the villa was invigorating and the villa itself was quaint but everything was functional - with tv access, hot water shower. In all, a fantastic stay!

Summary: The Villa is wonderful, the hosts better than the best and the food outstanding. I would highly recommend this hotel/villa to anyone traveling to Crete.

Summary: Are only disappointment was only booking for one night. Spectacular view, charming host and hostess, George and Aphroditi treated us like family and fed us just as well! Aphroditi is a fantastic cook. This hotel is so lovely! We enjoyed walking to see a 300 year old church and all of The acres of grape, olive, fig, and flower gardens. We ate grapes right off the vine. Thank you for a wonderful visit. We will be back!

Summary: We were the only guests and were very well looked after.first rate Cretian breakfast. Bed linen changed after two days. We used their Taverna in the evenings. I would say a car is a must. The olive oil,wines (red and White House ,herbs and capers all home produced including the Rakl. Pretty easy to go north or as the main road is only minutes away, views are fantastic. Cash for restauran
