The Olive Grove is a luxurious villa with a 14m*7m private swimming pool and just 800-1200 m away (or a 5 min car drive from some of Andros's best sandy beaches (Kypri beach, Golden beach and St Peter’s beach).
At an ideal altitude of 60 meters it overlooks St Peter's beach (15’ on foot, 600m, of which 200 have incline), one of the most beautiful, of the many that Andros has to offer. It is located at the leeward southwest part of the island, just a few kmfrom the port of Gavrion and the vibrant village of Batsi, at a site that combines privacy, tranquility breathtaking views while being in the vicinity of watersports, tavernas, supermarket ect.
The Olive Grove was designed with the scope of best incorporating it in the land, through comfortable & open spaces both inside the home and out.
The villa is built on three levels. At the main floor of around 130 sq. m. there is a very spacious entrance, dining and living room area with fireplace and original vintage furniture . The kitchen is fully furnished with all necessary amenities including a Nespresso machine. There is also a piano in the living room.
On the upper level (~100sqm) there are three bedrooms, one master with ensuite bathroom and two more bedrooms sharing one bathroom. All have balconies and spectacular southern sea views. Each bedroom sleeps two.
The lower level, 150sqm has two bedrooms and two bathrooms plus a 70 living room with kitchen area with view at the lower orange and lemon tree yard, a pleasure to look from the oversize windows.
The villas are built with the personal care of the owners. All the furniture is custom built or from the private estate of the owners.
Andros is an amazing island. Apart from the more than 40 magnificent swim beaches, water sport centres, culture, ancient, byzantine and modern , culinary delights and spectacular mountains, Andros island is amongst the best of Europe for hiking with 160 km in total well marked routes.
This is the greenest of the Cyclades with streams and even a waterfall pond in the mountains where you can dive pin, even in August.
