Villa Katerina was designed for travelers who expect more than a standard accommodation or hotel room. As you enter the short gated driveway, you will notice the lovely walled garden that offers privacy and a pool. These are the first indications this contemporary home was designed for a pleasant indoor-outdoor lifestyle and a memorable holiday.
Large glass doors flood the home's interiors with natural light, while its balconies and terraces bring you closer to nature. The living room, dining room, and kitchen combine to create the central area of the house. Tile floors and modern furnishings give the home a clean-lined appearance, while wood beams add warmth and a touch of tradition.

The living and dining area offers ample seating for guests, a flat- television, and a fireplace. Pull back the sheer curtains to enjoy the views of the gardens and pool from the sofa or dining table! Guests who like to cook will appreciate the villa's modern kitchen, which is well-stocked and excellent for cooking! It has full-size appliances for convenient meal preparation. We've included everything you need including items such as coffee maker, cooking basics: pots and pans, oil, salt, and pepper, dishes, and cutlery. Appliances include an oven, and a full-size refrigerator and stove and also a small dishwasher machine for comfortable vacation.
The villa's charm extends into the three well-appointed bedrooms. Two of them have a comfortable queen-size bed, and the other has two single beds. One of the bedrooms is open in the loft overlooking the living room.
There is one spacious, modern bathroom and a ½ bath.
